TENERIFE TARGET BILBAO DUO
TENERIFE are targeting Athletic Bilbao keeper Egana Exteberria Imanol and midfielder Txomin Arbizu Nagore, according to reports in Spain.
Imanol, 27, played the majority of games for the club in the 1999/2000 season but his position is under threat from 24-year-old shot-stopper Inaki Lafuente who played well when called upon last term.
Nagore, 25, moved from Osasuna in 1997 but has failed to make a real impact with Athletic and played last season on loan at Numancia.
The Basque club embark on a pre-season tour of England a week on Saturday where they will play Preston, Stockport, Derby and West Ham.
