BURROWS MISSES START OF SEASON
DAVID BURROWS is set to miss the start of Birmingham City’s new season after tearing his hamstring, and has been ruled out of action for up to six weeks.
The 31-year-old left back, signed from Coventry on a free-transfer last June, had been impressive during City’s pre-season campaign and the injury has come as a massive blow for The Blues
"It is a big disappointment as David has been playing very well." said Blues manager Trevor Francis.
