COTTEE TELLS HESKEY TO BE GREEDY
LEICESTER CITY'S veteran striker Tony Cottee and former teammate of Emile Heskey has told the Liverpool targetman that he has to get more greedy if he wants to take over Alan Shearer's role in the England set-up.
The £11 million signing made a decent start to his Merseyside career, although it took him some time to get off the mark.
Cottee said: "The only criticism aimed at Emile is he doesn't score enough goals.
"Emile's not greedy enough. He needs to stop creating goals for other people and get a few himself. It will take a special player to replace a legend like Shearer.
"And Emile is so big and powerful that we often forget he is still only 22."
