Sergio Aguero and Mohamed Salah to be among the goals?

Former Sky Sports Fantasy Football Champion Dan Cox highlights six players for you to consider for your Fantasy XI as the Premier League season reaches its climax.
It is the final game week of the season and after an epic battle, the Premier League will be finally be decided between Liverpool and Manchester City in the most exciting title race in years.
All eyes will be fixated on Anfield and the Amex as Liverpool face Wolves and Brighton host Manchester City, with both games live on Sky Sports. If Manchester City slip up, Liverpool will need to be ready to pounce.
The Sky Sports Fantasy Football title race is also going to the wire; just 11 points separate the top three teams in the running for the £50,000 jackpot prize. With all 10 games kicking off at 3pm, don't forget to check the team sheets before making those all-important captaincy choices and final transfers.
Mohamed Salah - £12.9m
It was a worrying sight to see Mohamed Salah stretchered off in Liverpool's 3-2 win over Newcastle. Will the Egyptian have fully recovered for the season's finale? Salah (£12.9m) has a Golden Boot and a title on the line and once again would be one of my picks for this weekend.
Liverpool need to win on the off-chance Manchester City slip up at Brighton. And Salah, who is on 22 goals for the season, will take home his second consecutive Golden Boot provided he can hold off Sergio Aguero who is just two goals behind on 20.
Raheem Sterling - £11.5m and Sergio Aguero - £12.8m
Like so many times this season, Raheem Sterling (£11.5m) and Sergio Aguero (£12.8m) will be in demand as they try to do their job and retain the title. The City duo will need to keep firing to help deliver a second successive crown for Guardiola.
Fernando Llorente - £9.2m, Marko Arnautovic - £10.1m, Marcus Rashford - £10.4m
Relegation has already been confirmed for Huddersfield, Fulham and Cardiff, while Tottenham and Chelsea took advantage of Arsenal and Manchester United winning just once each in their last five games to clinch a Champions League spot. This means there is not a great deal on the line for most teams.
Even Wolves have guaranteed a Europa League spot so just check the teamsheets and go with what takes your fancy on the last day with nothing much at stake for most teams.
If Fernando Llorente (£9.2m) starts for Tottenham in place of the suspended Heung-Min Son and you fancy a different option then I would go for it. Equally, if you are a fan of Marko Arnautovic (£10.1m) - who scored his first West Ham Premier League goals since January 2 last weekend, again, going for something different could pay dividends. If you really want a different option then maybe you could pick a Manchester United striker as they face relegated Cardiff at Old Trafford. Marcus Rashford (£10.4m) anyone?
Personally, I will be playing it safe with one of Mohamed Salah or Sergio Aguero and will be hoping for at least a couple of goals for each in the quest for a top 100 finish - I am currently 123rd and just nine points off the holy grail.
