Sky Sports Fantasy Football's Premier League team of the week

We look at the leading XI from the opening weekend of the Premier League season according to Sky Sports Fantasy Football.
With Arsenal and Chelsea both failing to win and none of the 25 most popular players making the line-up, there is plenty of food for thought in terms of cheaper options for those tempted with early transfers.
Adrian (£4.8m)
All eyes were on Petr Cech (£5.9m), as he made his Premier League debut for Arsenal but, while Sky Sports Fantasy Football’s most popular goalkeeper was being scrutinised for his role in both of West Ham’s goals, his opposite number produced a flawless performance, saving all six shots on target to rack up two bonus points to go with his clean sheet.
Vincent Kompany (£7.5m)
The Belgian central-defender reminded us just what Manchester City are missing during his all-too-often injury layoffs, heading home their third goal and commanding a clean sheet in Monday Night Football’s 3-0 victory at West Brom.
Winston Reid (£5.6m)
Once linked with the Gunners, Reid produced a man-of-the-match display to blunt an Arsenal side tipped by many to be crowned champions this season.
Chris Smalling (£6.9m)
The season’s curtain raiser was far from the display of attacking prowess many expected but much credit must go to both backlines, albeit to a lesser extent Kyle Walker, with Smalling producing a stand-out display in muting Harry Kane.
Yaya Toure (£7.5m)
The headlines were able to focus on Toure’s talent rather than transfer talk again as the Manchester City midfielder bagged a brace. If his first effort was fortuitous then the second was anything but, rewarding the mere 3.11 per cent of Sky Sports Fantasy Football managers to have selected him.
Marc Albrighton (£5.1m)
The winger provided two typically accurate crosses to collect a brace of assists before firing home himself to make a mockery of his modest price tag, as Leicester picked up where they left off with a 4-2 victory over Sunderland.
Riyad Mahrez (£6m)
Mahrez wreaked havoc on the other flank for the Foxes, with a brace taking him to half the goal tally he managed last season and putting him top of the Sky Sports Fantasy Football points scoring charts in the process.
Yohan Cabaye (£7.2m)
Crystal Palace fans expecting big things from their summer coup were certainly not disappointed, with the France international capping a man-of-the-match display by wrapping up a 3-1 win at Norwich.
Andre Ayew (£6.5m)
David Silva (£8.9m), Philippe Coutinho (£8.4m), Georgino Wijnaldum (£7m) also racked up 12 points from midfield but are edged out by virtue of Ayew’s more modest valuation. The summer signing from Marseille showed great awareness and agility to help Swansea secure a point at Stamford Bridge.
Rudy Gestede (£6.3m)
The Aston Villa targetman looked to have big boots to fill in arriving from Blackburn following Christian Benteke’s departure, but he proved just as much as a handful in his match-winning cameo at Bournemouth, collecting the Sky Sports man-of-the-match award in the process.
Arouna Kone (£6.7m)
Everton fans might have been hoping that Romelu Lukaku would step up and deliver more this season, but it was another substitute who salvaged a point for the Toffees against Watford with a goal and an assist.
