SAINT SHAYNE SET FOR STAGS?
MANSFIELD TOWN have agreed to pay a six figure fee for Southampton`s young striker Shayne Bradley.
Stags boss, Billy Dearden is now waiting to see if the former England schoolboy international will agree to the move to bring him to Field Mill for a fee of around £150,000.
Bradley has only made four appearances for the Saints as a substitute but has had successful loan spells at Swindon and Exeter City. Dearden has tracked the 20-year-old for some time after watching him play for Southampton reserves a number of times.
"I have spoken to the player and his agent. Whether he comes here is up to them now," said Dearden.
"He's thinking it over and I'm hoping for an answer within the next 24 hours or so."
