NUNEZ WAITING FOR BLACK CATS CHANCE

SUNDERLAND striker Milton Nunez has had little opportunity to show his talents in the Premiership since his arrival at the club, but he is happy to wait for his chance to show boss Peter Reid what he can do.

The Honduras international, who signed from PAOK Salonika last March, has only played 15 minutes of first team action during his time at the Stadium of Light.

This is because he has found it hard to displace the successful partnership of Niall Quinn and last season`s top scorer Kevin Phillips from the starting line up for the Black Cats.

"I would like to play more games, but I`m happy to wait because it is the manager`s decision who plays," said Nunez. "My chance will come."

Meanwhile, Sunderland have recieved a work permit for Argentian Under-21 international Julio Arca. The 19-year-old left back is expected to go straight into the squard for the game at Ipswich.

"I'm delighted everything is in place now and we can get the lad into training and assess his fitness," Reid said, "Its superb for the club and superb for us as a club."
