PHELAN`S FULHAM CAREER OVER

TERRY PHELAN could have played his last game for Fulham as a result of Jean Tigana taking over at Carven Cottage.

The Republic of Ireland left back has not played since Tigana took over in the summer and he claims that the Frenchman will not talk to him without an appointment.

"The manager won't talk to me and I have to train with the kids," said Phelan.

The 33-year-old, who joined Fulham on a free transfer from Everton, has lost his place to Rufus Brevett and hasn't played a game this season. He has denied that he has walked out on the club despite missing training for two weeks.

"When I was at training last time I was not in the right frame of mind so I went home," Phelan told the London Evening Standard. "I felt like killing someone"

"I went straight to the doctor and he said it was stress. I have probably played my last game for Fulham and it's a shame because I liked it there."
