FUTURE'S BRIGHT FOR BRAMBLE - HENRY
After the match, which ended 1-1, Henry gave 19-year-old Bramble his shirt as a mark of respect for the performance of the young stopper throughout the game.
Henry said that he expected to see Bramble playing in a Championship challenging team in the near future, hinting that he may have to leave the Suffolk club to achieve this ambition.
"Maybe one day I will play in the same side with him," said the Frenchman. "I don't want to that he has to leave Ipswich - it's his town - but when you are a good player, you always want to play for a top team."
The Euro 2000 star also went on to compare Bramble to some of the great players that he has played alongside in his illustrious career, predicting a very bright future for the promising youngster.
"I am used to playing with Marcel Desailly and at Monaco I used to train with Martin Djetou. Bramble is similar. He is strong and will have a very good career."
Bramble himself however, was more reserved about his own achievements and potential, playing down the likeness that has been made between his own talent and that of England international Sol Campbell.
"I've had a few good games but I don't think I'm ready for that yet," said Bramble. "It has been a case of so far, so good and I just hope I can keep it going until the end of the season."
