EVERTON STAR FACES ASSAULT CHARGE
EVERTON striker Danny Cadamarteri faces an assault charge after he allegedly hit a woman in the face on a night out last week.
The England Under-21 international is expected to appear before Magistrates in Liverpool next week accused of actual bodily harm.
The 24-year-old woman claims that the 20-year-old player attacked her causing her to go to hospital for treatment.
Cadamarteri, who has been out of favour at Goodison Park this season making only just two substitute appearances, could face major punishment from the club if he is found guilty of the attack.
