MILAN are reportedly targeting Inter's Dario Simic as they look to strengthen their defence.
The Rossoneri would prefer to make any deal for the Croatian a part exchange - with Thomas Helveg going the other way, but it is unlikely that their city rivals will take anything but a pure cash transaction.
The 24-year-old has played just 36 times in Serie A, and faces competition for places from Ivan Cordoba, Laurent Blanc and youngster Matteo Ferrari.
