DREAM OVER FOR NANCE
The former Tiverton Town midfielder, now 29, was brought to The Pilgrims in August by former boss Kevin Hodges (pictured), but following the arrival of Paul Sturrock as manager at the club, Nancekivell has been placed on the transfer list, along with defender Adam Barrett.
"It would have been nice to have had more of a chance but sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't," said a disappointed Nancekivell.
"I'm not bitter about it and I just have to look forward and see what's around the corner. I don't feel I've done too much wrong since I've been at the club, but it's all about opinions.
"I have not been involved as much as I would have liked since I have been at the club so this has not come as a complete surprise, although I was surprised at how quickly it has come."
Nancekivell, a farmer by trade, has already been linked with a move to Nationwide Conference leaders Yeovil Town, stating he would like to remain in the professional game.
