ZENONI BROTHERS TARGETED
It has been reported that Milan are ready to pay a fee of around £15 million to have both players in place by next June.
The Zenoni brothers have played all 11 Serie A matches this season putting in some inspired performances. The 23-year-old brothers have been at Atalanta since they were kids.
Milan and Juve are set to fight it out until next summer to secure the services of the Zenoni brothers, and Lazio president Sergio Cragnotti has also targeted the duo, but the champions are yet to talk with Atalanta about this move.
Meanwhile, as Atalanta prepare for the match against Inter Milan on Saturday, coach Giovanni Vavassori is not yet sure whether he is to include Fausto Rossini in his starting eleven for the game.
The 22-year-old striker is still struggling with an injury and this afternoon he did not attend training with the side. Vavassori is also worried for Alex Pinardi. The midfielder is ill and will probably not be available for selection until next week.
It has also been reported that Atalanta president Ivan Ruggieri does not like the fact that the players and supporters are setting their sights on getting a Uefa Cup place for next season.
"We have to think about the relegation battle" - said Ruggeri - "I don't mind if we are in 2nd position now, we still need to get a lot of points to avoid a relegation battle"
