POBORSKY - LAZIO ARE BIGGER THAN UNITED

The Czech Republic midfielder admits that compatriot Pavel Nedved has helped smooth his move to Italy, and feels he is playing in the best league in the world.

"Lazio is greater than Manchester United in all respects," he stated. "Thus, Italian soccer is better than English football."

The former United star is not peturbed by the arrival of Lucas Castroman, adding: "It is normal for a great club to have two or three players for any role."

Meanwhile, Red Devils defender Ronny Johnsen is back in training after recovering from minor surgery on his knee complaint.

"It is just some cycling, running in water, and walking easily on a treadmill, followed by a lot of weight training," said Johnsen on his official website.

The Norwegian international faces a battle to get back into the first team before the end of the current campaign, as his long-standing "jumper`s knees" condition continues to blight his career.
