WEAH AGREES TO STAY WITH L'OM
MARSEILLE striker George Weah has confirmed that he wants to stay at the Stade Velodrome.
L'OM have been struggling so far this season but despite their problems, the Liberian legend insists that he will be extending his contract for a further year.
The 35-year-old, who arrived in France from Manchester City in October, has decided not to join his family in America and wants to stay in Marseille.
"I really want to go further," said Weah. "We will hopefully find an agreement for one more year."
