RONALDINHO IN TRANSFER CONFUSION
Juventus and Milan are thought to be the two Italian clubs, whilst Arsenal have been linked with Ronaldinho in the past.
Ronaldinho's contract with PSG is due to start in two weeks and the player is due to fly to France to be presented to the team.
This would seem to indicate that another South American transfer has become unduly convoluted, however, Italian company MB Sports International has announced that they will consider offers in the region of $70 million (£47.48 million).
Flavio Dall'Agnol, the company's representative in Brazil, said: "I have been negotiating with Gremio since the second of January, on behalf of the businessman Maximo Di Bernardi.
"Therefore we are recognised within the club as holding the true destiny of Ronaldinho's transfer."
The chief executive of Gremio, Denis Abrahao, confirmed he had had contact with Dall'Agnol but was surprised by the $70 million price tag on Ronaldinho's head.
Abrahao said: "We have already had some contact on the telephone, but we have still not met with them to talk about a concrete proposal."
Once again it would appear that there is a contradiction between a third party and the two clubs involved in the transfer and Dall'Agnol could well be artificially boosting his position in a bid to secure a deal with Gremio.
The Italians have promised to officially propose a deal within a week, although Eric Lovey, the PSG representative in South America, does not believe in the rumours.
Lovey stated that it was impossible for another club to come in and negotiate, whilst pointing out Ronaldinho had already signed a contract with PSG.
