JESUS GIL WANTS SIMEONE RETURN
ATLETICO MADRID are keen to bring former-favourite Diego Simeone back to the club from Italian giants Lazio.
The Argentinian star is much loved by the Atletico faithful, and should the side make a return to the top-flight, president Jesus Gil y Gil has admitted he will lead the chase.
"There is nothing signed that Simeone will return, but we do have a very special relationship," said Gil.
"There is still a very strong bond between Diego and the club's fans. He is a great player and very professional, as is his agent, who I also like."
