INTER MAKE NAGORE MOVE

INTERNAZIONALE could be set for another raid on the Spanish league, hoping to improve their current situation with Numancia's central midfielder Txomin Nagore linked to an Italian move.

Nagore could well be on his way to Italy in the summer to accompany fellow countryman Farinos at Inter and Nagore is the latest player looking at a possible Serie A switch.

Massimo Moratti's team have been scouring Europe looking for value for money signings and they believe they have found what they are looking for in Nagore.

Nagore's release clause is set at a mere 500 million pesetas (£1.9 million), which is a splash in the ocean for a team that has had to pay big money for the likes of Christian Vieri and Clarence Seedorf in recent years.

Pedro Martinez, Nagore's agent, has admitted that Moratti's team have made enquiries about the Basque player.

Martinez said: "It is true that the Milan club has made enquiries about him (Nagore), but they are not the only team interested in his services."

Nagore is now in his second season at Numancia, having joined them from Athletic Bilbao.

The player has made no secret of his ambitions and looks certain to quit the Soria based team this summer.
