Lazio are unhappy that they are going to be without four of their star players in their preparation for the Rome derby which takes place just four days after the Bolivia game.
Diego Simeone is disappointed with the decision of his Argentina coach Marcelo Biesla to call-up the players on the eve of such a big game but he also knows how important a game it is for Argentina.
"The national team is important, and we cannot lose it." said Simeone.
The loss of these players on international duty could seriously affect Lazio's hopes of catching league leaders and city rivals AS Roma.
Lazio face Vicenza this weekend and a defeat for the reigning champions would mean that they would have no chance of catching Roma in the race for the Scudetto.
