LAMEY FEE AGREED

MICHAEL LAMEY is expected to sign for PSV Eindhoven during the week, after the Eredivisie champions agreed a fee with RKC Waalwijk for the defender.

PSV have agreed to pay 3.6 million Euros for the 21-year-old full back, and he is expected to sign a five-year deal during the week.

It is expected that PSV will allow the player to continue his education with RKC for a further season, before moving to the Philips Stadion to vie for a place in Erik Gerets`s team.

PSV are well known for such deals, having earlier signed Emmen goalkeeper Jelle ten Rouwelaar and Arjen Robben of FC Groningen, and then allowed them to stay with their clubs for a further season.

Lamey was earlier close to a move to Anderlecht, but decided against joining the Belgian side when PSV entered the bidding.
