RIDSDALE - LEEDS DUO WILL STAY
Internazionale were one of Viduka's most high profile suitors, with president Massimo Moratti claiming they were confident of signing the Australian striker, but Ridsdale believes his offer is enough to keep them in Yorkshire.
Roma, Real Madrid and Milan have also been linked to the player, whilst French midfielder Dacourt has been scouted by numerous sides.
Two £20 million plus bids were lodged for Viduka, but Ridsdale is determined to keep his player.
The Leeds chairman believes both will sign new extensions to contracts, despite both players being just 12 months into five-year deals.
Ridsdale said: "We have had negotiations with both players and believe we have made each an offer they will accept.
"Mark and Olivier have made it clear they are very happy at Leeds and want to stay."
