JERMAINE GOES AS QPR LOOK AT JUNIOR
The 26-year-old signed a three-year deal at Selhurst Park, and trained with his new team-mates for the first time, as Rangers look to reshape their squad following their relegation from Division One.
Boss Ian Holloway is already busy planning to add new recruits to his own squad, with Dunfermline's transfer-listed forward Junior Mendes due to spend some time on-trial at Loftus Road.
The 24-year-old will try and secure a move away from Scotland in a bid to prove his worth in the English capital.
As for Darlington, he is looking forward to his new career with The Dons, after turning down an offer to join Gillingham.
"I had the chance to join Gillingham, but, once Terry Burton came back in for me, there was only one club I was going to join," he told the official QPR website.
"I almost came here last season, but the two clubs couldn't agree a fee. But, now I am here, I want to play my part and help get us back into The Premiership.
"That is the goal of everyone at the club and the place that every single player worth his salt wants to play, and I am no exception."
