BROTHER ADDS TO ZIDANE RUMOURS
Having returned from holiday, Zinedine Zidane is expected to sign for Real on Wednesday, with a meeting booked for later on Monday with Juventus officials.
Speaking on Zinedine's official website, Farid confirmed the Monday meeting with Juve and strongly hinted that Real would be his brother's destination.
"After 5 years playing in Italy, to play in Spain would be a great challenge for Zinedine," said Farid.
"All the Spanish are impatiently awaiting his arrival. I am convinced that his partnership with Luis Figo in the centre of midfield, as well as with players like Raul, Roberto Carlos and Morientes, will make everything a success.
"Nevertheless, the coach will have the hard job on his hands of bonding all these great names of football."
Real are remaining cautious, in an attempt to avoid any last-minute hitches, with Valdano saying: "First Zidane must come here, then we will see."
On Friday, Zinedine will fly to Moscow, as France up their bid for the 2008 Olympic Games, which China currently seem favourites for.
