LIBBRA MAKES FLYING START AT CANARIES

TOULOUSE striker Marc Libbra made a great start to his trial at First Division side Norwich by grabbing a hat-trick in his first game for The Canaries.

Libbra netted his three goals during Norwich's 8-1 demolition of Jewson League side Fakenham, in which Iwan Roberts refused to be outdone hitting a hat-trick of his own.

Libbra is looking foe an escape from troubled Toulouse who are deep in financial trouble and could even be reduced to an amateur side after filing for bankruptcy.

The Frenchman scored a powerful header along with two great strikes to show his prospective club what he can do.

He was set to join Scottish side Hibernian, where he had spent most of the season on loan, but the deal fell through and he now looks set for a move to Carrow Road.

Meanwhile, Celtic are closing in on Toulouse defender Bobo Balde, although German side Wolfsburg have reportedly made an offer for his services.
