PETTA COULD GET DUTCH DEBUT

HOLLAND coach Louis van Gaal has rewarded Celtic's Bobby Petta for his fine start to the season by calling him into the squad for next week's friendly with England at White Hart Lane.

Petta could make his full international debut alongside a number of stars south of the border, with the likes of Fulham new boy Edwin van der Sar and Manchester United's big-money signing Ruud van Nistelrooy also in the party.

Suspended duo Edgar Davids and Frank de Boer are both allowed to play and they have also been selected by van Gaal.
