BOKSIC: I AM THE DANGER MAN
The brilliant Croatian is reportedly the highest paid player in the Premiership and is a man of little words.
This certainly was the case when asked by Scottish reporters in Dublin, following Croatia's 2-2 draw with the Republic of Ireland - his international comeback, after retiring last season.
When asked who the biggest danger was for the game in Glasgow next month, he said: "Me"
The former Lazio man then admitted that he is not very enthusiastic towards the game and even the appointment of Steve McClaren failed to really get him motivated.
"I'm 31 now and have played at the highest level of the game in France and Italy," he said.
"It takes a lot to get me excited about anything any more, even the World Cup finals.
"I don't even watch football on television. I'm too busy doing other things.
"But I do know the importance of the game against Scotland for Croatia. Because I believe if we lose in Glasgow we'll fail to qualify for Japan next year.
"We have a new manager at the Riverside Stadium called Steve McClaren, but that doesn't excite me too much either."
