SILVINHO DEAL BACK ON
CELTA VIGO have re-opened talks with Arsenal over the transfer of Brazilian full-back Silvinho.
The deal was on the verge of collapsing last week after doubts emerged over the validity of the Brazilian's Portuguese passport and with the current scandal which is rocking European football, Celta were reluctant to press ahead with a deal.
However, the clubs were back in talks over the weekend and reports in Spain suggest they have now reached an agreement after an intense day of negotiations.
The deal will see Silvinho join Celta until next June and his arrival could signal the end of Chilean Pablo Andres Contreras' time at the club.
