INTER TO MOVE FOR PADALINO
INTERNAZIONALE are set to exchange Salvatore Fresi for Bologna defender Pasquale Padalino.
The loss of French defender Laurent Blanc to Manchester United has left Inter lacking in defensive cover and they have moved quickly to fill the void left by Blanc.
Inter are keen to bring in the defender before Friday so that he is eligible to play in their Uefa Cup campaign.
The 29-year-old former Fiorentina ace (pictured) will provide cover for first choice central defenders Marco Matterazzi and Colombian Ivan Cordoba.
Fresi has become surplus to requirements at the Giuseppe Meazza and was loaned out to Napoli last season.
