IBRAHIMOVIC AGENT: 'NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE'
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC'S agent has told planetfootball.com that he knows nothing of recent rumours linking his client with a move away from Ajax, but he does suspect that a move is in the offing.
The brilliant Swede only moved to Holland in the summer from Malmo, but already Europe's elite are beating a path to the Amsterdam ArenA to watch the 21-year-old.
But Hasse Borg has revealed that there is nothing in the stories about bids being made for his client.
"I have not heard anything from my side. There may be something happening in Amsterdam, but I don't know any bids," Borg told planetfootball.
"I have had calls and there have been rumours, but I have not heard anything concrete.
"He is happy at Ajax and is under contract, he just wants to concentrate on playing football and we will see what happens.
"It is up to Ajax, but I heard rumours and as I say, 'there is no smoke without fire'."
Ibrahimovic signed a five-year contract when he joined Ajax earlier this year, but still this had not stopped a host of English, Italian and Spanish clubs paying frequent visits to watch the starlet this season.
