NUMAN AN ADVOCATE OF DICK
The win leaves Rangers seven points adrift of The Bhoys with several football pundits suggesting Celtic have already won the SPL title, just nine games into the campaign.
Martin O'Neill's success at Parkhead has put Dutchman Advocaat and his Rangers side in the Glasgow shade and many are now calling for his head, to the disappointment of Numan.
"I heard something on the television about it and I think it's ridiculous because we played well," said the Dutch international.
"I think it is unfair to blame the manager for the result because we played a fantastic game only to get no points.
"We had those kind of questions last season and now again. Today we played well, got no points and again everybody is talking about the manager. I'm so tired of it but what can you do about it?"
Advocaat took over as Rangers head coach in 1998, succeeding Walter Smith, but his lack of success in European competitions and the revival of rivals Celtic has put him under increasing pressure to step down.
