RAMS BRING IN NEW FACES
Manager Colin Todd had said that he was looking to bring in two or three new faces for the weekend, and has raided the French First Division two new signings.
Ducrocq had joined on a season-long loan deal, while Zavagno has signed a four-year deal and is set to join the squad for training on Wednesday.
French midfielder Ducrocq has not bee in the plans of PSG boss Luis Fernandez's plans this season and his agent revealed the news of the move on Monday.
The 25-year-old is sad to leave the Parc des Princes, and said that it was his style of play that did not fit in with the team, and not a personal disagreement with Fernandez.
"Paris is the only club in my heart, so it's strange to leave," said Ducrocq, who played 105 times for PSG.
"It is painful to be leaving the fans but I have been forced to go away and I will be back one day.
"It was not a relationship problem, Fernandez preferred more technical players in my position but we have not fallen out."
Ducrocq says his tough-tackling style will suit English football well, and says that Todd has been trailing him for some time.
"Colin Todd told me that he has known about me for a long time.
"This is the kind of football that I need, it will be up to me to win the ball back in the midfield, that's what I do best, I am not here to create chances."
The arrival of Durcocq, along with the 24-year-old Argentine Zavagno and the revelations by Todd that one of his current staff is to leave has cast a doubt over the future of several Rams players.
The positions of the new players means that Chris Riggott and Seth Johnson look to be the two most likely to leave, Riggott has been linked with Liverpool among others, while Johnson was the subject of a bid last, and he could be the one to bring some much-needed cash back into the club.
