CHARLEROI JOIN RUDONJA HUNT

BELGIAN outfit Charleroi are believed to have entered the race to sign out-of-favour Portsmouth striker Mladen Rudonja.

The former St Truiden player is currently attracting interest from several French sides, and is now being watched by the Belgians who are ready to make a bid for the player who cost £200,000.

Pompey's Croation chairman has already asked manager Graeme Rix to trim his squad, and the Slovenian star could be first to go in a bid to strengthen their bid for promotion to the Premiership.
