Wolves list misfit Taylor
AS expected, Wolves have put striker Robert Taylor on the transfer list after he arrived back at Molineux following a loan spell with First Division rivals Gillingham.
Taylor has failed to establish himself as a first team regular since arriving in a £1.6 million deal from Manchester City in August 2000, with illness and injury limiting his first team outings to just 12.
Boss Dave Jones confirmed: "We've placed Robert on the list but, at the moment, he remains a Wolves player and, should the opportunity for him to stake a claim for a first team place arise, it's up to him to take it."
Taylor only returned from a loan spell with his former club Gillingham earlier this week, where he failed to score in eight appearances.
He also had a brief spell with Queens Park Rangers earlier in the season, where he made three starts.
