Kinet's grand aim
Kinet arrived at The New Den from Strasbourg in February 2000, and he has established himself as a fans' favourite during his time at the club.
The Belgian has recently come back into The Lions' line-up after being sidelined for two months with injury, and his return will boost Mark McGhee's side's chances of successive promotions.
The 27-year-old believes this season may be too soon for Millwall to claim a place among the elite, but he is determined to play a part in the club's rise to the highest level during his time in the capital.
"Last year we were promoted by the means of being amply deserved champions, and this year, we have been one of the revelations of the season," said Kinet.
"I am persuaded that, in a few years, we will be able to reasonably aim at promotion to The Premiership.
"The club gives itself the means to meet its ambitions, but does not want to do it by going mad."
Kinet ended an unhappy spell with Strasbourg to pitch up in English football, and he admits the experience has made him mentally tougher.
"I do not prefer to think too much about the end of my stay with Strasbourg.
"The fact of not being able to play more regularly was obviously regrettable, but it was the way in which I was treated that disappointed me the most.
"Today, I can affirm that chaotic episode of my career probably did me a proud service as I am much happier mentally here, where I am a fans' favourite."
