The game against Honduras will be held in Seattle and Birmingham, Alabama is the site for the match against the South American debutants at the World Cup, Ecuador.
European sides will have to give up their players because the games are on the official Fifa calendar, and it will be a good chance for Kasey Keller to attempt to regain the number one jersey from Brad Friedel.
Spurs, Fulham and Crystal Palace are the three clubs affected.
Defender Eddie Pope and Brian McBride were injured for the game that the US lost to Italy 1-0 but are now back in the squad.
