Blades sign Frenchman Javary
Javary had been on trial at Bramall Lane and impressed Neil Warnock with his performances in the reserves. The 24-year-old will now stay with The Blades until the end of the season.
Warnock (pictured) said: "Jean-Phillipe has done well whilst he has been with us. I think he can be an asset and we've had a chat resulting in us keeping him until the end of the season. We have registered him in case the opportunity arises to give him a game.
"I am looking forward to seeing him at close quarters. Jean-Phillipe is not costing us a lot of money. He looks like a busy midfielder, box to box and full of energy."
Javary started his career with Montpellier and was a French youth international, having Thierry Henry and Nicolas Anelka amongst his peers. However, he has yet to live up to his true form and has spent time with Brentford, Plymouth Argyle, Partick Thistle and Raith Rovers.
