Milan find Seedorf agreement

CLARENCE SEEDORF has agreed terms to join Milan from Internazionale, and will arrive at the club on Thursday for a medical.

The bustling Dutchman has been linked with a move away from Inter for some time, and his eventual switch comes as no surprise.

Ostensibly Seedorf's move is as part of a swap deal with Francesco Coco - who returned to the San Siro at the end of last month after Spanish club Barcelona chose not to take up their option on the player.

An official statement from Milan confirmed that they had agreed a three-year deal with the midfielder.

"The rossonero can confirm that there is the existence of an economic accord between the club and the player - who will arrive for a medical on Thursday," read the statement.

"Only after this has been completed to our satisfaction will the player sign a three-year contract with the club."

It is now clear for both players to join their new clubs, and neither San Siro side will feel they have got a bad deal.
