PSG unveil Toure

PARIS SAINT GERMAIN have officially unveiled Alioune Toure - the player that joins the club as part of the deal that saw Nicolas Anelka move to Manchester City.

The decision to include Toure in the deal was originally greeted with criticism in the French media who believed that the other mooted swap Lucien Mettomo would have been a better proposition.

However at 24, Toure is certainly a talented prospect, and the forward will be hopeful that he can re-launch his career with a return to his native France.

Toure seals a four-year-deal with the capital club, with Manchester City parting with the player and cash to get hold of Anelka (pictured).

Toure will battle for a starting berth at the Parc des Princes with other summer arrivals, Brazilians Andre Luiz and Paulo Cesar.
