Livorno eyeing Caccia swoop

SERIE B side Livorno are reportedly interested in signing Piacenza's out-of-favour striker Nicola Caccia.

Caccia, 32, barely had a kick of first team football at the Galleana Stadium last season, and is expected to move on this summer following the arrival of new coach Andrea Agostinelli.

Livorno are believed to have begun talks to sign the star, however Venezia are also rumoured to be ready to move for the veteran hit-man.

In the light of Caccia's expected departure from the club Agostinelli has pin-pointed his strike force as the area to strengthen in his team.

Agostinalli is believed to want Blackburn Rovers misfit striker Corrado Grabbi, who has failed to settle after a big summer move to England last season.
