Culkin completes QPR move
The 24-year-old, who had been offered a new deal, opted to join the Loftus Road club, rather than stay in the reserves at The Red Devils.
Culkin barely had a taste of first team football during his seven-year spell with the club, but had loan spells with Hull City, Bristol Rovers and Livingston in a bid to gain first team experience.
QPR manager Ian Holloway worked with the keeper during Culkin's brief stint with Rovers, and was keen to bring the former York man to the club.
"I played for Ian (Holloway) while I was on loan at Bristol Rovers for a season," said Culkin. "He is a good and honest man and I am delighted to be playing for him once again.
"I'm very happy to be signing for QPR. This is a club that is moving forward in the right direction and I'm pleased to be a part of it.
"My chances of playing regularly were limited at Man Utd so I asked to go on loan to get experience.
"I've played around 90 games on loan and now I'm delighted that I've got a deal where hopefully I can kickstart my career and get regular football," concluded Culkin.
