Sedgwick pens new deal
ROTHERHAM UNITED'S highly-rated winger Chris Sedgwick has pledged his future to the club by penning a new three-year contract.
The 22-year-old had earlier rejected The Millers' offer of a new contract, but now the two parties have come to an agreement.
Manager Ronnie Moore was delighted to have finally tied down one of his most prized assets.
"We have been working hard to settle this deal and we are all very pleased it has reached a happy conclusion," said Moore.
"Chris is a valuable member of our squad we didn't want to lose him and hopefully he will return to his best form now all this has been settled."
