Oulida returns to Ajax

TARIK OULIDA has returned to Dutch football with his original club Ajax following a spell in Japan with J-League side Nagoya Grampus Eight.

The midfielder has been training with the reserve squad at the Amsterdam ArenA and turned down an extension with his J-League club in order to prove himself in Europe this coming season.

Dutchman Oulida had a previous trial in France with Le Championnat side Sedan some weeks back but failed to impress the Stade Louis-Dugauguez club with his displays.

Oulida was one of three Ajax players that moved abroad to pastures new early in their careers.

Nordin Wooter moved to Division One side Watford when they were in The Premiership two seasons ago but is now linked with a move to Belgian side Gent and Portuguese outfit Belenenses for the coming term.

Kiki Musampa has been having a successful time in Spain with La Liga outfit Malaga.
