Valois completes Hearts switch
The Frenchman, who rejected a lucrative contract to stay with The Hatters, has signed a two-year deal with the Tynecastle outfit.
Valois impressed manager Craig Levelin during last week's friendly against Falkirk and is delighted to have made the move to the Scottish Premier League.
"Hearts are a major step up from Luton in the English Third Division and I want to play at the highest standard," said Valois to Hearts' official website.
"I have had a long chat with Stephane Mahe and he told me a lot about the club. It was a big bonus to know that there are French players here.
"Scottish and English football is very similar and I expect the Premier League to be very tough."
Luton manager Joe Kinnear tried desperately to sign the former Lille star, however the player's wage demands and desire to move to a bigger club prevented the star from staying with the Second Division side.
