Heerenveen land Hansson
HEERENVEEN have completed the formalities of the capture of Halmstads talent Petter Hansson.
The Swedish talent has been lured to Abe Lenstra by the prospect of a four-year deal, and put pen-to-paper on the contract at the end of last week.
The 25-year-old defensive midfielder has been with the Swedish side for the last five seasons, but has been tempted to try a new style of play in Holland.
Halmstads had been looking to keep him in Sweden until the end of their season, but Heerenveen coach Foppe de Haan has won the battle to have him in his squad in time for the Eredivisie opener with AZ Alkmaar.
