Alf may sue after all
It was reported that the Norwegian midfielder was hoping to forget the episode altogether, as he struggles to overcome the knee problems that have dogged his career recently.
Although the former Leeds United man has suffered injuries to both knees, and not just the one subjected to the wild lunge from Manchester United skipper Keane, there is now the likelihood that he could take action, in light of comments made by the Irishman in his forthcoming autobiography.
"I haven't been interviewed by the English media in the last few days," stormed Haaland.
"If it is said that I have decided not to sue Keane that is wrong.
"I will not comment on this now.
"Some media are serious, some are not," he told Stavanger Aftenblad.
"There is none that have respected that the club and I will come up with a statement together."
