Six months out for Peto

NAC BREDA look set to be without midfielder Tamas Peto for at least six months due to injury.

The Hungarian star, a key figure for NAC, suffered a nasty injury on the opening day of the season and an MRI scan revealed major tendon damage in his right knee.

Peto will have surgery to cure the problem, but is expected to miss at least six months of the season.

The news is a major blow to NAC, who are currently 10th in the Eredivise after drawing their opening two games.

Coach Henk ten Cate is looking to build on last season`s sixth-placed finish, but the loss of Peto is a major blow to their prospects.
