Juve wait on Trezeguet injury
The French striker received the injury in mid-August, but could face five months out if tests show that the operation is necessary.
The striker has flown out to Finland to meet up with specialist surgeon Professor Sakari Orava, and further news is expected later in the week.
Juve coach Marcelo Lippi has his fingers crossed that the news is good, as the tactician is well aware that he needs his full squad available for the rigours of both domestic competition and the Champions League.
Meanwhile, despite recent denials from Bianconeri general manager Luciano Moggi, the Italian media is speculating that Arsenal have launched a bid to sign the Frenchman.
A bid in the region of £30 million is being mooted, although the status of the player`s injury will impact on any interest.
