Nogan forced to retire
The 32-year-old decided to hang up his boots following his release from Division Two side Cardiff City at the end of last season.
The Cardiff-born Nogan originally joined The Bluebirds in a £100,000 deal from Preston North End in March 1997 and his playing career included spells at a number of clubs.
The former Luton Town trainee has spent time with Peterborough United, Brighton & Hove Albion and Burnley before the Welshman went on to join The Lilywhites.
Nogan earned caps with the Welsh Under-21 and 'B' squads during his thirteen-year career but his Achilles problem has forced him to call time.
