Melville unhappy with rotation policy
The Welsh international has failed to hold down a regular place in Tigana's starting line-up this season and recently lost his place to England Under-21 international Zat Knight.
Melville was again left out of the Fulham side that lost 4-2 to Southampton on Sunday and he is failing to adapt to the rotation policy at The Cottagers.
"It's not easy for me, it's not easy at all. But it's something you can't do anything about," said Melville.
"The manager picks the side and you have to take it on the chin and just get on with it. That's the way he's going at the minute and that's the way it's got to be.
"It's difficult for all the players who are going to be left out. The manager is rotating at the moment and as a professional you want to play as many games as you can.
"I'm no different and if you ask any other player they will say the same.
"I want to play every game. I would rather play football in games than on the training pitch. But the manager is rotating and we all have to go with what his decisions are."
