Esnaider eyes Premiership move

EXCLUSIVE
FORMER Real Madrid and Juventus striker Juan Esnaider is hoping to earn a move to England, with West Brom and Birmingham City already contacted over the availability of the Argentinian ace.

At 29, the experienced hit-man is keen to resurrect his career in The Premiership, as he is currently training with a local side in his homeland.

Esnaider, also a regular scorer with Real Zaragoza and Atletico Madrid, could be the answer to the Midlands duo's search for a striker.

"He is a free agent after finishing with River Plate this season," agent Gino Culbertson told planetfootball.com. "And he is looking to come over to the UK.

"He is willing to come over on trial with any suitable club, with a view to signing for them.

"I have offered him to several clubs, including West Brom and Birmingham, and we are waiting to see what the response is.

"The beauty of Esnaider is he is available immediately, he has a Spanish passport, and is willing to go on trial first."

The South American sharpshooter is likely to attract plenty of attention, and will bid to prove to any interested parties that he is capable of holding his own in The Premiership.
